Sid Mark  (WPHT, 1210AM) whose very popular radio show  which airs Saturdays and Sundays, plays only Sinatra.  However, he broke with tradition and played "Come Rain Or Come Shine" from Jane Norman's new CD WITH LOVE.  "I get hundreds of CDs from other singers and don't play any of them.  But this one is special.  Truly, one of the best albums I've heard," comments Sid Mark.   "Jane's voice is superb, and how nice that she gives members of the 47 piece orchestra a chance to shine -- as did Sinatra.  I also love the rendition of 'Quiet Nights' that she does with a young Brazilian singer who sounds like Jobim"
